Silent Spice ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Tennis Parent mobile application (the "App") for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
When you use Tennis Parent, you may enter:
All data you enter into Tennis Parent — player names and contact information, schedules, lineups, scores, and statistics — is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage. We never transmit it to our servers or to any third party, and we have no way to read it.
We do not share or sell the information you enter. It remains on your device.
When you access USTA TennisLink content within the App, it is displayed in an in-app browser on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
The App reports anonymous usage analytics so we can see which features people actually use and where they get stuck. This is the only information the App sends off your device.
What is sent: the name of an action you took (for example, that a match was completed, a roster was imported, or the app was launched) along with counts, plus basic technical context — device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone.
What is never sent: player names, email addresses, phone numbers, team or opponent names, schedules, lineups, scores, or any other content you enter. We do not collect your name, your email address, your location, or any advertising identifier.
Each installation is assigned a random identifier so repeat usage can be counted without identifying anyone. It is not tied to your name, email, or any account — the App has no accounts — it is not shared with other apps, and it is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
Analytics are processed on our behalf by TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics provider that does not build advertising profiles. Data is encrypted in transit.
You can turn this off at any time. On Android, go to Settings › Privacy and switch off "Share anonymous analytics." On iOS, go to Settings and switch off "Share Anonymous Analytics." The App works exactly the same either way.
Tennis Parent may contain information about minor athletes as part of team roster management. We do not collect any data from children directly. All data entry is performed by adult users (parents, coaches) and stored locally on their devices. Roster information about minors is never included in the anonymous analytics described above.
Your data is stored on your device using the operating system's standard storage. We recommend using device-level security features (a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint unlock) to protect access to your data.
