These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tennis Parent mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"), published by Silent Spice ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own team-management purposes. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App, or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract its source code except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
The App is free to download and includes a 90-day free trial of all features. After the trial ends, continued use requires a one-time purchase that unlocks the App permanently on the store account used to buy it. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, not by us. Pricing is shown on the store listing and may vary by country and over time. Refunds are handled under the policies of the store you purchased from — we cannot issue refunds directly, though we're glad to help you sort out a problem.
Restoring a previous purchase requires signing in to the store account that made it. Purchases are not transferable between Apple and Google accounts, so a purchase on one platform does not unlock the App on the other.
Everything you enter into the App — rosters, schedules, lineups, scores, and statistics — is stored on your own device. We do not host it, cannot access it, and cannot recover it for you. Keeping backups is your responsibility; deleting the App deletes its data. See the Privacy Policy for what the App does and does not transmit.
You are responsible for the information you enter, including having an appropriate basis to record contact details for other people. Team rosters commonly include minors, and you should have permission from their parents or guardians before entering their names or contact information.
You agree not to use the App to violate any law, to harass anyone, or to interfere with its normal operation.
The App suggests lineups based on the playing-time data you record. Suggestions are a convenience, not a decision. You remain responsible for the lineups you submit and for meeting any league, facility, or USTA requirements that apply to your team.
Tennis Parent is an independent app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Tennis Association (USTA), USTA Junior Team Tennis, or TennisLink. "USTA", "TennisLink", and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
When you view USTA TennisLink pages inside the App's built-in browser, you are using the USTA's own website, subject to the USTA's terms and privacy policy. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may stop distributing or supporting the App. We'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but we don't guarantee that the App will remain available indefinitely or that it will be compatible with future operating-system versions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silent Spice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability or exclusions of implied warranties, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. You may end them at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
